My name is Chris and I am a trained professional who will guide you through your journey of buying or selling a home in the Historic Triangle of Virginia, as well as Hampton Roads and Central Virginia. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) I am specially trained to guide service members and their families through the unique challenges of a PCS move. Our clients most often connect with Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) and Camp Peary in the Hampton Roads area, and Fort Lee in Central Virginia. I’m familiar with the local housing markets near these bases and can guide you efficiently.

Can you help if we need to rent during this tour?

Yes. I work with rentals, purchases, and sales. We’ll choose the path that fits your orders and your budget, and I can pivot quickly if timelines change due to deployment or PCS requirements.

Do you coordinate with VA-savvy lenders?

Absolutely. I work with lenders who understand VA timelines, appraisals, and documentation so we don’t lose valuable time during your home purchase process.

We are out of state. Can we buy confidently from a distance?

Yes. I provide live video tours, detailed measurements, disclosure reviews, and regular status calls so you’re fully informed throughout the process and never have to guess about the property.
